Hope Meal Project runs three core programs designed to reach families and children at every stage of need — from weekly home delivery to emergency support and after-school meals.
Family Meal Delivery
Our flagship program delivers freshly prepared, nutritious meals directly to families in need across New Jersey. Enrolled families receive weekly deliveries of balanced meals — no pickup required, no questions asked.

After-School Meals
Partnering with schools and community centers across New Jersey, our After-School Meals program ensures children have access to a hot, nourishing meal after the school day ends — filling the gap when school lunch is the only meal some kids get.
- Hot meals served Monday through Friday
- Available at partner schools and community centers
- Open to all children ages 5–18
- No enrollment paperwork required
Crisis Meal Support
When a family faces sudden hardship — job loss, illness, housing instability — our Crisis Meal Support program provides immediate, short-term meal assistance within 48 hours of a request. No waiting lists. No bureaucracy.
- Meals delivered within 48 hours of request
- Available to any New Jersey family in acute need
- Up to 4 weeks of support per household
- Referrals accepted from social workers and shelters
Who we serve
If you need a meal, you qualify.
We do not require proof of income, immigration status, or any documentation to receive meals. Our only requirement is that you live in one of our service counties in New Jersey and have a genuine need. We believe dignity comes first.
